Translation/Interpretation and Coordination

UNIWORLD has provided translation/interpretation and coordination services for a lengthy list of clients, including FAA, DOD, Northrup Grumman, Allied Signal, Litton-Denro and many others.

For the last few years, Uniworld LLC has contracted with US FAA and DOD to provide interpretation, translation and coordination services for US/China ATC Exchange Program meetings in the US and China. In the process, Uniworld LLC has become known for its capability and reliability on both sides of the aisle. Many friends have been made—high and low, US and Chinese.

These services go beyond straight translation to insuring effective communication between parties during discussions, meetings, negotiations. Nuances of language, custom and culture of the parties involved come into play in such settings. It is the job of the interpreter to be sure understanding is reached and unintended offenses are not committed (or perceived to have been committed) by either side that might derail a discussion or stall a negotiation.
